Our New Years weekend was filled with friends and family. It was great to take a step out of town to just have fun. Joe's boss invited us to his home with his wife's family. It was amazingly fun. We laughed, danced, sang, and laughed some more. Aj had a ball staying up and playing with Ruby.

After the long night we got up, had breakfast, said our goodbyes and headed off to Catherine and Chris' house for the weekend. It was our first time spending time with their family without some other people there. It was wonderful. Relationships bloomed between kids and adults. I am so happy to be close by and to finally be able to really get to know their family. I loved our time there and hope to spend some good time there again very soon!
