4th of July

Wahoo!!! We love the 4th of July in this family. Nothing is better than cotton candy and fireworks. This year we got to have Jenni and her kids with us.

We started our morning with the city parade. It was perfect! We got a good load of taffy and enjoyed the fire hose spray from the fire truck! Kept us nice and cool.
We had a yummy BBQ and then headed to the festival and fireworks. Jenni just makes everything sure fun. She really is the best! We played on rides and walked around singing at the top of our lungs dancing to the live music.

Joe joined us just in time for fireworks (he chose to work a little bit with his extra time). We loved the finale. It was really amazing. No wonder it is the biggest show west of the Mississippi. We are so excited to make this a tradition.
