Taylors come to play!

It is our favorite thing to have guests and visitors. We love it when people take the time to drive up to Idaho to spend some good time with us. This time it was Audrey and Matt's family. They even decided to let Gammie tag along (since Potts was in Italy for the week). They came up to listen to me perform with the band, but we got to add in a few extra fun things too.
As soon as they arrived we headed out to the back yard to enjoy the sun and the new trampoline. We even filled up the kiddie pool to refresh in!

 Matt is always looking for ways to help out when he comes to visit, so without being asked he started up the lawn mower and took care of the front yard. Which then got the ball rolling and we all got to work pulling up spring weeds. I was amazing how many things can be taken care of when multiple people work for a little bit. Even the kiddos wanted to help.

 We cooled off inside with popsicles and coloring and called it a night after dinner.

 The next morning we wanted to head out to the green belt for a nice relaxing walk around the river...what I didn't realize was that the farmers market was going on. So we adjusted our plan and enjoyed a nice crowded walk through the market too.

After all that play a bath was completely essential. The kids were filthy! Ari and Jane had the time of their lives splashing around in the tub.

 That night we put the kids to bed, and snuck out late for a night on the town...if that is even a thing in Idaho Falls. Everyone was so supportive to come listen to me sing with the band. We even got Audrey and Matt up to dance a few times.

What a wonderful weekend. I adore my family and wish we could live closer or have an easier way to visit one another. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you Taylor family for taking the time out to come see us. we sure do appreciate it!
