After a long string of finals for Joe we decided to take off some time just for ourselves before studying for the bar took over our lives. I had found a Groupon for half price tickets to the 6 flags theme park close by, found babysitters to take turns throughout the day and went on an ultimate date. We had a blast. It isn't Disneyland, but we still had a bunch of fun feeling like kids again. We ran ourselves around and exhausted every ride option there was. This place has some pretty fun roller coasters. My favorite part was convincing Joe that he wasn't going to die on the first roller coaster we went on.

So most people might enjoy a bit of dippin' dots, or cotton candy when they attend a theme park. My weakness is funnel cake. If I smell it or see it I have to find it and eat it!
It was really fun to be out on our own for a day, but to be honest we were so worn out by 4:00 that we just couldn't stand to try to ride another coaster again. we came home and relieved our last babysitter and plopped right into bed. Wow, what a date!
